Brendan Smith, a Southern California native, has built a successful career with 3M Company in Industrial Sales. His professional journey has taken him to various locations, including Tempe, Arizona, Louisville, Kentucky, and, since 2021, Nolensville, Tennessee. Brendan has been happily married to his wife Patricia for 41 years. Together, they have three adult children, all married, and six grandchildren. Two of their children, along with their spouses and four of their grandchildren, live nearby in Tennessee.
An outdoor enthusiast, Brendan enjoys hiking, hunting, water skiing, wake surfing, golfing, and the occasional fishing trip. His family shares his love for nature, spending quality time together at their cabin on Nolin Lake, Kentucky. Brendan is also a dedicated member of Mother Teresa Catholic Church and a charter member of the MTCC Knights of Columbus in Nolensville.
With over 45 years of experience purchasing, selling, and managing his own real estate portfolio, Brendan brings a wealth of expertise to the real estate industry.
